Our Harm Reduction Focused Programming ensures that you are recognized as a whole person, regardless of mental health or substance use. Every week, we focus on: Emotional Regulation, Community Support, Service, Substance Use Reduction Goals, and discovering engaging hobbies you can pursue without substances. Each week features different activities or varying levels of difficulty. We encourage each participant to set ambitious personal growth goals and actively engage in repairing any damage caused by substance use.
